Introduction:
This Account Deletion Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Nammabilling Software Service (NSS) (“Company”) and the user (“User”) who wishes to delete their account on the Company’s billing software platform.
Agreement Terms:
Account Deletion Request: The User may request the deletion of their account by following the designated process on the Company’s billing software platform.
Data Retention: The Company may retain certain user data, including billing and transaction history, as required by applicable laws and regulations, or as outlined in the Company’s Privacy Policy.
Outstanding Billing Obligations: The User must ensure that all outstanding billing obligations, such as unpaid invoices or unresolved disputes, are settled before requesting account deletion.
Consequences of Account Deletion: Upon account deletion, the User will no longer have access to their billing information and transaction history. Any associated data will be removed from the Company’s billing software platform.
Termination by the Company: The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend a User’s account at its discretion for violations of the Company’s terms of service, including non-payment, or for any other reason outlined in the Company’s billing policies.
Billing Information Handling:
Data Security: The Company is committed to maintaining the security of billing-related information and will take reasonable measures to protect such data from unauthorized access.
Data Usage: Billing information will be used solely for the purpose of processing payments, generating invoices, and providing billing-related services to the User.
Miscellaneous:
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian Jurisdiction.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral.
Acceptance:
By requesting the deletion of their account, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Account Deletion Agreement.

How can I delete my account?
- If you decide to delete your account, all the items associated with it will be deleted as well. Such items might include your username, password, order history, synced photos, Billing Details, Complete Database, Related Information, notes, etc.
- Accounts are deleted permanently. Remember that you won’t be able to restore your account once it’s deleted.
